2. Description of the Service
Flight Ops Intelligence provides access to a private online library of written operational notes intended for professional airline pilots.
The service is 100% digital. Access is granted immediately after successful payment and account activation.
Content is provided for reference and reflection only and does not replace company manuals, SOPs, approved training or regulatory documentation.
3. Pricing
Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes.
Available subscription plans:
- Monthly subscription: €12.50 / month
- Yearly subscription: €125 / year
Prices may be updated at any time. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time of subscription.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit and debit cards
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Klarna
Billing is handled entirely by Stripe in EUR.
5. Subscription, Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by the user.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time via the Stripe billing portal accessible from their account.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for any unused time.
6. No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after payment.
By subscribing, the user expressly agrees to immediate access to the digital content and expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
7. Intellectual Property
All content published on Flight Ops Intelligence (texts, structure, branding) is protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, distribution or reuse without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
8. Liability
The content is provided for informational purposes only.
Flight Ops Intelligence shall not be held liable for decisions taken by users based on the content provided.
9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, the user may first contact the company to seek an amicable resolution.
If no agreement is reached, the user may resort to a consumer mediation service.
Failing that, the competent court shall be the Tribunal de commerce de Paris.

2. Description du service
Flight Ops Intelligence propose un accès à une bibliothèque privée de notes opérationnelles destinées aux pilotes de ligne professionnels.
Le service est entièrement numérique. L’accès est accordé immédiatement après paiement.
3. Prix
Les prix sont indiqués en euros (€), toutes taxes comprises.
- Abonnement mensuel : 12,50 € / mois
- Abonnement annuel : 125 € / an
4. Paiement
Les paiements sont traités via la plateforme sécurisée Stripe.
Moyens de paiement acceptés :
- Carte bancaire
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Klarna
5. Abonnement et résiliation
Les abonnements sont reconduits automatiquement.
La résiliation peut être effectuée à tout moment via la plateforme de facturation Stripe.
La résiliation prend effet à la fin de la période en cours, sans remboursement.
6. Absence de droit de rétractation
Conformément à l’article L221-28 du Code de la consommation, le droit de rétractation ne s’applique pas aux contenus numériques fournis immédiatement après paiement.
En souscrivant, le client renonce expressément à son droit de rétractation.
7. Propriété intellectuelle
L’ensemble des contenus du site est protégé par le droit de la propriété intellectuelle.
8. Responsabilité
Le contenu est fourni à titre informatif uniquement et ne se substitue pas aux documents opérationnels officiels.
9. Droit applicable et litiges
Les présentes conditions sont régies par le droit français.
Le client peut recourir gratuitement à un médiateur de la consommation.
À défaut d’accord amiable, le litige sera porté devant le Tribunal de commerce de Paris.
